Ruby red color, fragrant and fine on the nose. Characteristic are the aromas of violet, morello cherry, cloves.

Structured, tannic, savoury and balanced taste. A wine of great aging that accompanies dishes with good aromatic depth. Particularly recommended for first courses with game sauce, roast red meats, and long-aged cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18° to 20° C.
